02 EmPower Hour

1-on-1 coaching session via telephonic, FaceTime or Zoom tailored to encourage and motivate women who are seeking to rediscover their identity and purpose after a loss or separation.

03 S.I.S.T.A.S

Supporting Inclusive Sisterhood Through Affirmation and Strength

Every Monday at 6pm eastern via Zoom: Group coaching community that offers a safe space to connect with other women on similar journeys in which you will have support, share experiences, gain insight, and develop confidence. Coach P’s guidance as well as the group’s accountability and motivation helps women achieve personal goals and rebuild their lives at an affordable cost.

04 Parent-2-Parent (P2P)

Price: $100 Guest add-on $50

Duration: 4 hours

If you are looking to enhance your coparenting dynamic, this workshop can help you achieve that goal. This workshop offers strategies on how to improve communication, reduce conflict, better understand children’s needs, and the development of a cooperative coparenting relationship. It provides enhanced coping skills, increased focus on the child’s well-being and access to resources and support. These workshops empower parents to navigate coparenting challenges and create a positive environment for their children. A step-parent/new partner/extended family member is also welcome, and can benefit from the course material. P2P meets virtually through Zoom. Limited spots available.

Join this program and rediscover who tf you are! In this six-week personal revival, women build strength and embrace change with self-discovery exercises and real-talk. Women will learn essential life-after-loss skills and self-care techniques to be able to navigate life, embrace a prosperous future and regain confidence in their journey forward.
